Assuming he is on big CV hubs then he needs the front hub from a 5 stud cav/calibra then have it machined to take a Corsa wheel bearing, or buy one already done from Chris Astley.

For the rears you would either need to get the rear drum down to an engineers so they can drill the 5 stud holes and tap them or do a rear disc conversion using the disc assembly from a 5 stud Cav/Calibra welded onto your rear beam.

there are kits from lmf etc but very expensive mate. can use cally or cav v6 fronts and cav v6 rears mate. the front can either be used with the conversion shafts and corsa bearings or get them machined out to take the astra bearings and use equal length shafts. the shafts will also reduce torque steer
