ive got all the parts off a doner car, just checking i dont need any other bits off it before it goes from the scrappy

maybe cheaper to put it on after market management rather than trying to get a full set from another car. It may even be possible for vaux to recode an ecu to your other components but i wouldn't hold my breath with getting them to actually do it.

all electronics are working yea it just needed a new ecu.

Well looks like im spending my sunday down the unit then, fingers crossed it all comes to life

that sounds like everything you need, out of interest does the rest of the car electronics work at the moment? always wondered if it may be easier to chuck in after market management.

Hello chaps,

I have a corsa c that im doing some work on, they did a transplant that went wrong and left with a car that does not run (no ecu)

Now if im to fit an ecu am i right in thinking i need the following:

Ecu
Transponder
Key chip
Dials
Body controll module

Is there anything else that would be needed to make it fire?

Any help appreciated.
