Is it a shorter spring - ie, a lowering spring?

If it is and your shock is standard, that'll be your problem.

took my corsa for mot today and it failed on offside front spring.....

tester said he failed it becuase it turns around, isnt under tension??

spring is fine and no coils snapped off, shocker is fine, not leaking etc

how can it be that loose??
