Doesnt make a difference if the heaters are on or not really, it doesnt effect the water flow through the heater matrix

Doesnt matter which way round you put them, did the heaters work ok before you put this engine in? It could be a blocked heater matrix, a bit of a pain to unblock with an engine in because you have to take the pipes off the heater matrix and flush it in both directions with a hose pipe for a while.

Are any of the pipes kinked?

try'd running it with the cap off it boiled over left it to cool top'd it up and it was the same

dose it matter which way you get the pipes to the heater matrix:look:

what he said

run the engine with the coolent bottle cap off and let it bubble over for a bit. Then switch off top up and it should hopefully be done :)
