well ive tightened the bolt up and took it for a drive and it still bogs down after about 1 minute then the engine just dies

any ideas

would i be easier taking the bracket off altogether to get tp the pin or can i tighten in while its on?

Its bolted into the oil pump, and then has a small dowel that stops it turning.
Its tricky get off with the alternator belt bottom pully fitted.

theres a locating dowel/pin on the bracket that can get stuck

well not the actual sensor but the bracket that its in, how does this attach to the car as the only thing i can see realy is a bolt going onto the sump but thats tight

the brackets loose, is there another bolt on top or what?
