any ideas on why it could be under reving? i was told cam or crank sensor

it is running, but it's only reving up to 5000

was the car running?if not you can forget about code 19 as that always comes up when the engine in not running.

codes are 47,16,93,19,

47 Linear exhaust gas re-circulation (EGR) position

16 Knock signal circuit

93 Quad drive module (in ECU

19 Crank Angle Sensor (CAS) Incorrect RPM signal

Could some me help me on this one. I've just done the paper clip test on my car and it's coming up with some codes. Could some one help me out with what the codes are please :)
