what it was,was, where the 'cable' ends at the peddle, in like a ball shaped end, it had popped out of the plastic insert in the top of the clutch peddle. i just clamped the cable with some mole grips so that it wouldn't press in, and then pressed the peddle down and the end just clicked back into position!! | |

The cable might need re-adjusting / tightening up? | |

i've had a look, i can't see a cable:boggle: yes the clutch does work ok!! | |

When the cable snaps the pedal normally goes as far down as it'll go. Sounds as if it has tightened or got caught on something? | |

Does the clutch still work? Sounds like its stretched or something has snapped. | |
