So basically all I need to remove is whats in the engine bay.

You don't need to take the dash out.

Take out the pump, rad and pipework. The pipes join into the bulkhead. Once the pipes are taken off, the holes seal themselves. Kinda like a hydraulic coupling.

What bits do I have to remove, all the aircon bits (behind the dash)? Or just whats in the engine bay. Only asking because I don't fancy taking the dash out.
