mite be your oil filter, i had same problem still leaked after i changed sump, wasnt until i had car up on ramp with engine running that i noticed hole in filter, changed that and no probs ever since

only leaking when ts been driven anywhere not drove it for 2 days and its not leaked a single drop, but just drove it round the block and its pissing out

its coming from the back of the engine ????

any ideas anyone

dip stick read pefect when i filled it up the other day but now looks like it reads high so may just drain a bit out and see what happens cheers guys

over filling can cause high oil pressure and that will cause leaks. Check the dip stick see what its reading. Also vauxhall engines do have leaking issues with sumps,may need to have a new sump they arm't expensive. So may need to do that

3.5 litres including filter

also could i have over filled it ???

put 4 litres in so it read half way on the dip stick but just checked it now and it seems high

sure someone told me they only take 3 litres ???

right ive got a really annoyin oil leak on my corsa 1.2 8v

changed the sump gasket , new oil , oil filter , sump plug other day and its just got worse, sealed the gasket with hylomar

all i can think of still is the sump but we have checked it and there are no cracks or anything ???????????

any other ideas??
