similar thing happened to me a while back in my old XE. the cable got caught so I just kept twisting til the cable came loose lol... workeed a treat ;) | |

Better than the heater matrix been broke, think ur self lucky it's not the other way round, that something to complain about in the winter months:lol: | |

I was going to say the cable behind may be loose. Or the holder may have snapped. | |

Any reasons why this would be? Even with the heaters set right down to cold, its still roasting. |
