dont seen how can can say it needs a lambda and cts when you havent checked them. i would check them out first as they may be ok.

from past experience a small fault can tthrow up at lot of faults codes that arent directly related to the problem.

if i were you i would check the lambda with an osciloscope first to check the wave form. i would also look at the egr valve if its got one for a leak/fault

tells the car to run richer on cold start up. lets the ecu know how hot the coolant is getting so it can better adjust fuel mixture thats pritty much it i think..... im no good with electrical things so dont take my word as gospal

What function does the coolant temp sensor carry out?

Basically what does it do!

yeah but no ones on there at the mo(Quite time) and plus was seeing if the lambda affects boost but apprently not on a vag car just fueling/mixture..

So maf and N75 it is then

ive checked all the hoses and SMIC pipeing and there all fine no hissing or splits..

Is there anyway to clean the lambda i was told a way but fogotten was sometime ago i was told...

So the lambda & CTS are my fueling issue(Poor MPG)

So its either my MAF Or N75 as the both regualate boost...

mine does that on a good day lol...

yeah try what i said as this is mainly the only problems ive come accross, oh also check your air filter if you havent put an induction kit on it as this might be bunged up and blocking air flow.

ive done all the correct checks for boost leak and maf failure..

Also check my N75 aswell...but i will do what you said as it could be something stupid..

but i know i need a new lambda and CTS as my fuel consumption is bad around 30miles to a 10er without boost as it aint working...So it running way rich imo

check the intercooler for damage, also check all piping for splits, this will cause no boots at all, also best way to know is rev it up or drive it down the road with the window open and have a listen you will here a well horrid hiss if a hose or something is split.

right my beeza 20vt isnt boost what so ever and ive done vagcom and found these..

as this is what came up..
16500 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): Implausible Signal
P0116 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17963 - Charge Pressure: Maximum Limit Exceeded
P1555 - 35-00 - -
17832 - Secondary Air Injection System: Bank 1: Leak Detected
P1424 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit
P0130 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

So i know i need a new lambda and CTS which does explain my piss poor fuel comsuption but i have no boost what so ever..
if my lambda is fucked would that cause my car not to boost at all...

anyideas anyone
