ive yet to take off the front splitter.... the firmness is ok, it just sits a little low for my liking..... bumper is ok, plus good airflow from fog light.

GSi bumper seems a strange choice for Road Rallying. Function over Form and that, i'd consider changing it.

Would a standard Post 97 bumper solve the ride height problem? You could sell the GSi Bumper and that would pay for a bumper + Spraying, and probably leave you change!

get a new inlet manifold, from lexmaul, or diablas (sp) or get a cheap ebay copy, with a remap will see decent gains espacally when matched with a decent set of cams, rear arb are quailty imo and you shoulkd get one, as for springs maybe go for some ebiach springs with a 30mm drop on those shocks

hi all.... i have a 1.4 8v sri which i use for normal road use and also some road rallying (yes this is a legal event).

i currently have the restricted airflow sorted, also 421 manifold and striaght through system. i have currently got the bilstein b12 kit but the front sits a little to low for road rallying so need some new springs for the front, more standard height... ive heard standard sri springs are actually quite good already??
also are the rear ARB's all there made out to be? for back roads and lanes?

anyways also should i put a fast road cam in? what about an fully mappable ecu etc.

any other smallish tweeks which can be done to get more torque or horses???

cheers guys
