i did the same with my illuminating door sills

pull out the push to break switch behind the door (light switch) well screw it out. the plunger holds the +ve terminal. and the screw hole is the earth (-ve) just wire up the respective wires and you'll be on your way!!

right folks, ive had a set of neons for my floorwell sitiing here for ages but just couldnt be bothered fitting them. now that the dark wet nights seem to be here i though i would eventully get round to fitting them. however im not to sure how to go about wiring them in. i want them to light up when the the NS or OS door is opened so i think it would be best to hook them up to the interior light. does anyone know the best place to tap into the interior light is? i was thinking of tapping them into the wiring which runs to the switch on the door which controls the interior light coming on or switching off, if you know what i mean. would it be possible to do this? or if anyone knows an easier or better way to do this then that would be great.

any help would be very much appreciated, cheers.
