If its the crank seal, then yeah box off,clutch off, flywheel off.

Also make sure its not the gearbox end of the sump leaking.

You should be able to tell if its gearbox oil or engine oil, depending when engine oil was last changed it will be alot darker than the gearbox oil

Sure its not the gearbox leaking? Seeing as it splits in two, so has a habit of leaking at the join.

got an oil leak coming from around the gearbox area its only slight much worse when it gets up to temp. i think it is the crank seal is it a simple case of box off flywheel off old seal out new seal in :lol: i heard these are quite common as well . (change them and they still keep leaking)
any help would be much apprciated
