no corsa engines used carbs, It must be a 1.2 8v single point injection. I'd flush out the coolant before taking out the 'stat.

Its carbed. Doe sthat mean its 8v or can you get 16V what were carbed?

if its an 8v, then yes, its a bastard, as the timing belt cover has to come off etc.

Just searched and found out where it is. Sounds a bitch to get to, is it? What has to come off? Il go and flush system out now and wait for replyies.

Ellens corsa B 1.2 is overheating too oftern (every day). The fluid is horrid so gona get some rad flush and re fill it with new stuff. Thurght Id better check thermostat too. Where is it? Should jump out at me, but I cant see bloody thing. Do they oftern go? Any other reason why it would be over heating?
