Im pretty sure Its a sensor gone as I was driving it fine, altho it did seem abit boggy a few times before hand but nothing that noticiable.

One thing i will say, if i ever hit 100mph in it, it would misfire :!

I have this problem with my 1.4 8v. but it dosent stall just seems to run nasty on idle.

In the manual it says to try.
New plugs.
Gap them correctly
Ht leads
leak in the inlet.
Distributor cap cracked
also disconnected, leaking or perished crankcase ventilation hoses.

temp sensor 2? controls the choke so would cause poor warm start, poss mass air sensor fualt 2 as this would cause the 'bogging' type problem when reving

My car seems to have developed a problem,

It cut out as if it was out of fuel a few weeks ago, then wouldnt start till it had gallons of cold start stuff over the HT leads, found the leads to be abit dodgy so replaced them, found it ran with a missfire, cleaned the plugs abit, worked for about 3 mins then was lumpy again..

car is fine and starts pretty much first time when cold, but as soon its warmed up it as soon as you rev it the first part of the rev is hesitant like you are in 2nd gear trying to pull away (its not in gear).

Also worth noting, the ECU light is on when starting the car, I thought this was normal as ive always seen it on when starting, its not on when driving.

Any ideas
