the cone filter should sound beefy when you put your foot down higher uo the revs maybe 4k +

kk wots the cheapest way of making it sound abit better then? without butchering my standard filter box as ive seen on here. im not bothered about making it faster or anything it aint no sports car, just want it to sound a lil bit beefy! nothing too loud tho! cheers:thumbs:

higher up in the revs, but will suffer from heat soak. Expect it to be slugish when you've sat in traffic for a bit

hey jus needed a litlle bit of help, jus bought an X reg 1.2 16v sxi corsa B, and my mate next door has given me a k&n cone air filter which has only been used for a week or so on his old corsa before he crashed it, so ive removed the old filter and put the K&n on..... well would i not be right in thinking there is any sound difference with an air filter on??!! it doesnt seem any different at all to me! i apologise now if this is a stupid post but its first car so i dont know anything at all really! :lol: thnx 4 any help :) Joe
