Whack the NE in for now, with a few simple mods, upgrade to LET when funds allow.

Id say around 140-160 mark, depends how much you wanna throw at it, by the time u got it to 150 u might aswell put in a xe

im thinkin of puttin the c20ne 2.0 8v into my 1.4 corsa sport,
will i notice a big difference
i would go for the redtop but this engine is sat waitng for me so may aswell use it as a steppin stone.
also
whats the possibilities with the C20NE with regards t o tuning and pushing it to get more BHP ?
