i have the power steering from another corsa which i had an accident and it's a write off but i am seing other corsas now , If i fit a 2.0 engine which one will be easy to mount the engine in ?? the 16v or the 8 valves

16v and 12v power steering is different though

The 16v and 12v are the same chassis, it's the 8v which is different. If you already have power steering then all you need is the pump from the LET or XE and the PAS mount as well.

yes that why i asked if if 16v or 12v which will be better as i know the mountings are different, so in both cases do I need to change mounting ? alread got normal power steering !

The only difference is between the shells, if you get a 16v or a 12v motor to start with then you need to get another chassis mount for the LET or XE.

Power steering is easy, you can install electric power steering which requires a different steering column. Or you can get the normal power steering which means a different rack, pump, mount, pipes etc.

I know that maybe has been covered many time but I tried the search and I couldn't find any solution for my problem, here is my question if I find a corsa 1.2 which would be ideal for convesion to a 2.0 let a 1.2 8v or 1.2 16v post 98 ?? also would like to install a power steering!!! hope someone can give me a hint thanks !!!
