Get a pair of sirclip plyers (sp)

They're fiddly & messy to get out but as said normally a good push then hard pull can do the trick.

Push hard, then pull fast.

Thats how I did my mates xe ones.

did the crow bars work for you? im just in the middle of replacing my clutch and i cant get my drive shafts out either.ive got my friend on his way round with a couple of crow bars so will it be safe to really force them out? they move back in towards towards gearbox and have a couple of mm play in them, but when you pull them out they just stop as if there is some kind of clip or something holding them in.
