Could I pick one up from halfords?

Or could it possibly be a broken dimmer wire?

there is a wire to controll the dimmer so when you turn the lights on the stereo should dim slightly.

bit of a queer problem, never heard of this before.

would by another iso connector and check it against the one she currently has.

ask if yo can return it if you dont require it [before purchasing]

A girl at work has a 1.2 corsa (N reg), that she asked me to take a look at for her, she told me her stereo speakers weren't working unless her headlights are on, upon which I asked ... "Where did you get your stereo from", she told me her dad got it off ebay and it was pre wired and they just connected the blocks + areal together, to get a semi working stereo.

My question is... is this a case of the stereo has just been wired in incorrectly, or are the lights and the speakers somehow connected on a corsa?
