nah, dont bother drilling anything, cut the speaker wires inside the car, and then put spade connecters on, so u can easily swap between headunit or the amp wires

you need to drill through the multi-plug in the door if you plan to run your own speaker cable, which is an easy process and a bit fiddly but it's the best way to go rather than using the crap speaker cable thats there.
Other than that, it a case of running the speaker cables to where ever you plan to install the amp - taking in the fact that you should run power and remote down one side of the car and speaker cable down the other to reduce interference :thumbs:
