i see so the engine looms comes through the bulkhead and into the car behind the fusebox and then down to the ecu :) does it incorporate the fusebox or is this part of the interior loom? | |

no. the 16v engine loom incorporates the ecu connector for the 16v ecu | |

you'd need to rewire the connector between engine loom and car loom. simple case of chop plug off both engine looms,and then wire pretty much color for colour, so you still keep the original 8v engine loom plug, but connected to the 16v loom (if that makes sense) | |

im thinking about getting a 1.6 16v motor and tuning it, but dont know whether to change the engine in my car or sell up and get another newer 1.6 sport (want to go down different styling route also) |
