you might be able to drill a hole tap it and fit a lamda but if it was me i would buy a proper decat. less hassle and will be a far better fit. are you wanting a decat to make it louder? if so why not weld in a bit pipe in place of the centre box instead of a decat

what if he drills a hole for the lamda sensor, it is a fabrication shop we work in so we could fabricate some thing? would this work? or should he just spend some money and not b a tight arse

aye agree with richie. if you remove lambda then you will probs get poor running and eml on.

Or buy a pre-made decat pipe.

Trust me if you dont do it properly the engine will start playing up because of the Lambda reading.

Thats a picture of a 1.2 exhaust.... see what I mean.....

The Lambda goes into the top of the cat. If its not in there the engine will go bezerk.

You will have some trouble :lol:

The lambda sensor goes into the hole in the cat......... and also the cat is incorporated into the downpipe from the exhaust manifold to complete the section.

Trust me, you'll have a hard time.

boss wouldnt be to happy if we started working on his car in the middle of the body shop. stores closes at half 4 when we finish aswell

my mate has a 1.2 corsa c sri, can any1 tell me asap what diameter pipe is the cat? we are going to make a de-cat for it today after work, and need to know asap so we can pinch some tube from the stores :D:thumbs:
