there are pins to hold it in place. push the centre of them out with a thin screw driver. Theres a couple of 8mm bolts aswell. Pretty easy really

ok so started goin down the route of sprayin up my arches with black bumper paint, done the rear ones easily enough and they have turned out excellent...

im now considering whether or not to remove the front arches for sprayin...how difficult is it to do, i have heard you need to remove the arch lining - how hard is it to remove that also?
