took the eps fuse out seem to be ok like that jst seems as heavy as any other none pas corsa

as I said above, keep the rack and use a manual pas column. I have a spare one if you want it.

but i dont like power steering at all infact i hate it its so girly and u cant feel what the cars doing lol so any ideas if it will work with no eps or is it a diffrent rack jobby

just leave all the epas in, do the engine conversion and the epas will work fine, it has its own ecu so no need to touch anything on the epas.

Ideal mine is a 1.0 12v V reg so i imadgen that it will be a full eps rack so if the ecu is removed will this still function ok just not be power assisted? thanks for the help nd sorry for all the questions

yes, I did the conversion on mine, used an epas rack with a mechanical pas steering column. got one spare if you need it?

if you do keep the epas, then its simple to keep. just need to connect up 1 wire to get the speed sensitive steering working.

thank you for the reply to be honest i prefer the feel of no power steering can feel what the car is doing better hope that dosent sound daft, do u know if you can run it with no eps

leave that rack in, it will work fine. you can wire up the speed sensitive steering to work with the c20let as well.

Just wondering if someone could help with this please, i have a 1.0 12v corsa b with EPS, i am changing the engine to a turbo, Dont care if i have power steering or not so would i be able to leave the rack in or will it need a mech rack?
