where is the exhaust heat sheild?! will have a look at the weekend - will also have a look at the way it goes over the rear beam - cheers for the responses guys - anyone else got any ideas?! all ideas would be usefull

It could be where the exhaust bends over the rear beam, if you've not got it at the right angle it will knock on the beam when you go over bumps or have more people in the back as the beam obvisously goes up with the more weight you have in your car and it will knock.

I hand mine angled towards the left of the car if your looking from the rear and the top of the bend was slightly nearer the front of the car due to the pivot. Never had any problems after.

Where's the ratteling coming from?

It could be quite a few things see... One thing to check would be the exhaust heat shields because they work loose and need re-fitting now and again...

Hey guys, put a new back box on at the weekend, now its rattling like s**t, the standard one did it when there was weight in the back, my new one seems to fo it all the time -

tried shaking it about but it dont seem to hit anything -

i think its the back box but could be any other part of the zorst or could it something totally different?!

any help would be much apreciated,
