Windscreen was replaced at some point last winter, had respray done towards end of summer and ive had a leak develop since the respray, the car has no sunroof so it not that. Ive had glovebox and carpet out and there was water dripping down the bulkhead(on inside) so im pretty sure its the windscreen. I guessed on the windscreen rubber being the problem as the guy who'd resprayed my car had peeled it right back and now it wont fit right.

You sure it's the window leaking? If it is the window will need to be bonded in again because those strips don't do shit to stop water in. It's the glue that holds the screen in and seals it 100%.
