A standard 55aH job will do fine. No point adding extra weight if you dont need it (if you have large amounts of ICE then maybe...) | |

go to a motorfactors and ask for an 063 or 065 battery depending how much you want to spend. | |

1.7 Cav diesel battery will fit and do a good job. It's what I use :) | |

i have a corsa diesel battery on my 1.6, never have to worry about leaving the stereo on etc etc. something like 480 CCA compared to the normal 320 or what ever they are. | |

my standard gsi battery does the job of running my xe and all bits just fine. hasnt gone flat or anywhere near ever. | |

I'm going to buy a new battery I think. My original Corsa one isn't taking it very well at the moment, coupled with the cold weather, and the fact i'll need a reliable battery for the engine conversion. |
