easiest way is in to the sump plug, you get a new plug that has a threaded hole for a sender to be screwed in. I imagine this to get quite messy come oil change time though. With my car I got a T piece adaptor like Stu said and took both senders from the same place in the block.

Depends on the sensor threads you can get an adaptor to put the temp sensor into the sump plug

for the pressue another adaptor or T adaptor to keep the standard sensor

then wire up to ignition live and earth job done

Just ordered a couple of gauges - oil temp & oil pressure.

How simple/easy are these to wire up?

Thanks :)
