Is that called clutch drag ?

No.
Although I sincerely hope the clutch is dragging if it is fully engaged, otherwise the car will never go anywhere...!:lol::lol:

Friction from the mainshaft to the mainshaft gears?
Even though none of the synchro hubs are engaged, the gears are still rotating on the shaft.

Earlier today i was changing my oil, and had the car up on axle stands at the front. I had driven it before, but i was getting a bit cool so i fort id start it up. I MADE SURE IT WAS IN NEUTRAL and started it up. Right ok so far...now the odd bit my driver side wheel starts turning :O even though it was in Neutral. Im just wondering why this was. The passenger side didnt spin but it was still touching the road a lil. Its fine when on the ground, ie it doesnt move when in Neutral lol its a 1.4 s reg sport.
