I'd say so yes, but itd take some time figuring out the wires unless you have a wiring diagram of course

OK..

start again... a basic story:

i removed the standard hu from my corsa C. there is a plug that connects into the HU... i cut this off with scissors, so just wires were left. the plug bit i put in the bin...
i now need a new plug to put back onto these wires. however, i dont have the corsa c plug any more, so could i put a corsa B plug on instead? are the corsa b wires, the same as corsa c?
I'm guessing they are the same, because an ISO lead fits both B and C corsas. only swap is red/yellow wires.

So... could i use a B plug to fix onto my corsa C wires :D

cool...

so if i cut off the plug head from m corsa C, i can fit a corsa b plug head from the scrappy?

and then plug my £9 ISO lead into this?

i would get a corsa c plug if i could find one :)

Can you clarify that :D

an iso plug is a standard thing through out the world so it wont be a prob putting a new one on. you can buy both male and female iso plugs from maplins for about £3

UNLESS you have a newer corsa 9/03> the plug and wire colours are non standard so you may have problems working out what goes where

i mean, the wiring plug INSIDE the car.. is it the same as the one INSIDE a b?

nothing to do with headunits, iso, canbus, etc... i wana know if the vauxall plastic head and wiring is thae same (except red/yellow)

coz i have a corsa b plug, and i need to put it on my C, where the old head got cut off

upto 9/03 it should be a standard iso plug 9/03 you will need an adapter

Its pure madness just to hack the plug off when the adapter leads are so cheap

http://www.autoleads.co.uk/database/Corsa.html

i know thay list an adapter for the C 00-04 but all it does is swap the red and yellow over

http://www.justkenwood.co.uk/install/show_model.asp?id=281

the last 2 leads at the bottom of the page
