My spark plug in cylinder 3 is pretty wet , therefore I'd imagine this is whats causing my misfire ?

I swapped the spark plug with another cylinder but still it got wet again.

Also checked that the leads were all sparking and they were .

It goes away after about 2-3k , but when I put my foot down the car will stall

Any ideas ?
