I would go for the fuse board.

Possibly couldbe cracked.

Are the rest of the lights ok?

Would get an auto-electrian to check, don't want to give wrong advice on tht topic lol

sounds like a dodgy earth or maybe just fcuked wiring.Check wiring in rear light cluster mate
