Mine did this a few weeks ago and it turned out to be the battery. Battery is cheaper than starter motor so try that first. The way I narrowed it down to be the battery rather than the starter was to see if I could jump start (not bump start) my car. It jump started ok so that ruled the starter out!

well it could be either but if everything else is dying as well then its likely to be the battery.

dont buy a makro battery, get a genuine vaux item. only £35 and very good.

cant watch the vids in work....

sounds like a dud battery. the starter clicking is the solenoid trying to engage the starter pinion.

Yeah....But the batterys dies

Did you watch the video..?
the headlight wont come on and it dims the dash lights and they slowly fade away.Ive but the battery back on charge and il try again later.see what happens but i would of thought there was enough power in the batter to turn it over...

Why does it just click and not turn over?

Well the wipers work but when open the door and have the headlights on it dims and that deeping dims as well il get a video 1sec

sounds to me like the solenoid istnt engaging the starter motor (by the description, havnt heared the vid)

everything else ok? try putting blowers, headlights and wipers on at the same time, see if they work normally. if they go slow and die it could be the battery

The click should be the relay.

Seems to me like the starter motor is buggered.
