so basically its illegal to have pressed metal plates, even if their the right colours?

Also make sure it meets the following criteria ;) Friend of mine had stick on plates on his scooby and it was missing some of the stuff below :)

My plates are missing the first 3 things to but because they aren't stick on it doesn't attract there attention and to be honest it is very picky anyway...
