Take it down to a local exhaust place and have them weld on another hanger on the pipe maybe? Pull it up as high as possible over the axle?

a stiffer rubber so it doesnt sit so low, or a bit of rubber taped to the axel worked on mine for a while

exhaust can be a nightmare on the corsa

what ramps are you using to get it right you need it on 4 post ramps so the rear beam dont drop down

Get another pair of hands aswell as thay have a habit of twisting on the cat clamp then that throws out the rear box so it either hits the beam or hits the bumper and/or the middle box vibrates on the rear heat sheild

the clamps need to be mega tight as well or give it a week and it will be banging again and dont forget to paste the joints (don't use the cheap white carp)
