the new map he has on the way is set up for his exact spec.

i'd like to offer an answer though dude, but i'm not sure on this :(

yer good points mentioned by valverguy,is the map set up to you engine mods or was it mapped just when you had the inlet fitted?

could also be bad cam timing does the engine feel lumpy or idle at wierd revs:)

id say you need to give it a good service and raise your limiter to about 7k its obvious the cam thats in the engine has more power togive past your limiter!

If you have an induction kit make sure its not soaking up hot air as this can cause big flat spots!

another thing i noticed, i tried seeing if it would pull and better up higher in revs,

and in first at 6k rpm limit being 6300
it starts going like fuck!

oh ok, well ive got a remapped ecu on the way, mapped for my exact mods so fingers crossed that will make a differance :D

ive had a new engine fitted to me car

it has a lexmaul fitted..

for some strange reason it takes a long time to go through the revs even in neutral..

when I put my foot down in 1st it bogs and then shoots off :boggle:


no eml lights :(
