i did mine the other day, found it easiest to drop the tie bar off the passenger side so you can take the gearbox off completely to give you the space to get your torque wrench in afterwards. i did it on my own in a day but was awkward doing it on my own because of trying to hold the gerbox up whilst wiggling it to line up the input shaft. apart from that youll be fine :thumbs:

yeah got a crane dont realy want to be taking engine mounts out

its a bit tight without dropping the engine. got a crane?

i am planning on changing my clutch and flywheel tomorrow with my mate, we both havent done it before but we have the tools incl..clutch alligment tool and no what were doing. do you think we would manage it in a day. has anyone had any problems when taking the gearbox off etc...

its the corsa gsi i have.
