sound deadenin is an arse to remove. best way i found is sharp thin paint scrapper and a hot air gun, and then using tar and glue remover to remove the remains, look in my garage for pics | |

Bolt croppers. . . behind dash, and cut the two copper pipes. . . job done!! | |

yes mattm theres two pipes that go to it, from the engine through the bulkhead, otherwise how do you think it gets hot | |

I heated up the black tar stuff and kept scraping away with a spatular then got a paint brush and repeatidly brushed white spirit over the remaining shite and it all lifted off. | |
