Im pretty sure its not running lean, cleaned the plugs up before fitting the jets and now they've gone black again!

The emulsion tubes are £9.95 each. Spose its a fair price for what they are but still cost alot.

I will get it RR'd but theres two issues with this:

1. Cost
2. My engine needs running in

mine went to Northampton Motorsport they did loads of work and set it all up and was 100% perfect never had any problems with them :D

personally i wouldnt bother with guessing games mate, id get it booked in somewhere and have it on the rollers, sounds like it could be running lean

lol.....nah i'm sure they'll be great when its all up and running.....just a matter of getting it to that stage!

couldn't believe how much the jets and emulsion tubes cost :!

Went to a specialist carb place and they told me the exact jets i needed so i brought them...fitted them and now its running worse :o

However it isn't running as rich as it was but seems to only be running on 3 cylinders or just misfiring loads. lots of banging and popping going on. Need to check the HT leads and plugs etc next.

annoying but atleast i know i have the correct jets now. The guy said the jets are good for 175 Bhp

Don't suppose anyone could tell me what jets they're running on there c20xe?!...
