think i understand now does the bottom pulley have two wheels on it and the outer one has a seperate belt on it so it runs the pas pump | |

No mate, 2 belt set up, its about half the length of the alternator one, maybe a bit more. | |

right ok so i need a pas off any 20xe then the 20xe mount so i could get pas off a cav or calibra | |

Dont use the corsa one, get a double pulley on your crank and use the pas pump from the c20xe. The pas pumps on the c20xe's have an adjusting screw on them IIRC to allow you to tighthen the belt! | |
