think i understand now does the bottom pulley have two wheels on it and the outer one has a seperate belt on it so it runs the pas pump

No mate, 2 belt set up, its about half the length of the alternator one, maybe a bit more.

I need pas, weak arms!

Your existing V pulley that goes to your alternator will need 2 V's, so the secondary one can drive your PAS pump. It will prob just have 1 on at the moment, unless you've kept the double V pulley on it if the engine already had PAS.

I'm positive the CAV mount will be fine, dont quote me on it though. I cant remember which one i had on mine as it was already done.

right ok so i need a pas off any 20xe then the 20xe mount so i could get pas off a cav or calibra

whats the double pulley crank thing what they look like

Dont use the corsa one, get a double pulley on your crank and use the pas pump from the c20xe. The pas pumps on the c20xe's have an adjusting screw on them IIRC to allow you to tighthen the belt!

You can use the mount thats on the c20xe's for the pas anyway i think, v belt required obvisously.

I have a Corsa Sport which has a 20xe in it, I want to put the power steering back on

i currently dont have any of the pas parts but was wondering what exactly i need, Am i best using a corsa pas pump or one from a cav/calibra/astra

which belt do i need and from which car/model, Do i require a tensioner like on the original corsa setup

then obviously i need pipe work rack cooler pipe filler bottle and mount

All help and advice much appreciated
