Would be best just to go to a scrappy mate and get one off another car, its probably just worn and wont get hold any more.

so i should just take the bit off where it clips into and have a fiddle...maybe summits just cum loose in there... are they able to be opened up ?

the pre-tensioner under the seat has nothing to do with the belt coming out or not.
all that does is pull the clip down to tighten the belt if you have a stack.

they need to be at the right angle to lock off i think. i'd take it out and have a fiddle with it before paying for a new one.

when im driving along or come to a stop my seatbelt just seems to let itself out the holder where it clips into .... i asked vauxhall and they told me its such a common problem tht they have them in stock.. apparently theres a gas filled thing 4 the seatbelt system under the seat aswell they want £160 just for the replacemet part, any of you had this problem before ? ? i told vauxhall if its so common you should have re-called all your f***ing cars and fixed them!:wave:
