i had this problem on a standard sport NOT lowered. Noticed the 2 rubbers looked a bit streched so i took it bk to the garage n the bloke put a couple of cable ties round the 2 rubbers that hold the back box worked a treat and it dont hit the axel nemore

I had a new section made up with the bend moved slightly further back and made wider - so it cleared the axle - wasnt bad - £120 and still shiny now two years on

i ended up putting a bycicle tyre (20cm piece) along the rear axle and seccured it with a few pieces of wire wrapped round.

Faoiling this it may just be the exhaust clamp thats facing towards the axle which may bee hitting, losen it and rotate it so it faces the floor plan. Remember to do it back up tight though!!

only way i sorted mine out was buying an exhaust system. you may be able to tighten the pipe up, but i doubt you'll get far
