i tried the battery idea but no luck with that

i am using the same key i have always used and it does have the chip in it, although i cannot find my spare.

do you think it might have something to do with the key?

locking has no connection to the immobiliser.

e.m light flashing is an immobiliser problem though.

if EM light is constantly flashing it is an imobiliser problem.

Hi

My gsi's been lyin in a shed for about 6 weeks and hasn't been driven. She was going perfect when I parked her up but when I tried starting her yesterday the engine management light flashed and she would turn over but not start..

Any ideas what it may be?

cheers
