no Danny it wouldnt. what engine do you have? as said before its probably condensation build up in the sump causing white gunk on filler cap. may also notice it on dipstick. keep an eye on the coolant levels though, and make sure its not blowing white smoke on idle when engine is fully warmed.

just condensation then,

could still be the head gasket though, but for short trips condensation can cause mayonnaise like substance under oil cap

Whats it mean when you have this? Water mixing with oil, meaning headgasket?

Rough price to rectify?
