it might be a good idea to buy a post 97 bumper to save trouble... mine cost me £35 and i sprayed it myself (was 1/2 blue and i wanted 1/2 black) looks a lot better than the pre 97 (which a cat took a chunk out of) | |

Thats an Opel 97> grille, which is two piece. Open the bonnet, undo the two bolts to the top side of the grille then apply horizontal pressure to the bottom of the grille. | |

that pic shows a post 97 front bumper, where the grille simply unscrews from the crash panel thing, and then unclips from the bumper. If its a pre-97 bumper, then the grille will have to be cut out before another can be put in. | |

The front grill on my car has a molded black grill which is attatched to part of the bumper. |
