Yep as your just recirculating the air already inside the car and therefore not drawing air from the outside world thro' the filter. I think you will find that you will still get 'steamed up' but worth a go!

mine often gets steamed up all the time too
could well be the pollen filter, may as well remove the fucking useless thing

they say that the pollen filter causes the prob as it becomes damp/soaking and you are then drawin gin damp air - hence remove the thing...

Ive got the same problem, guessing someone suggested pollen filter as a cause? What happens to them to cause condensation?

Interior of my Corsa 1.0 is constantly steamed up. The recirculation is off, I can find NO water leaks into the car and the pollen filter is completely removed.

Any ideas?
