Ok cool - will i only be able to get it from an SRi? And only from a Pre 97 car?

its pretty straight forward really, just buy another set of clocks and connect the green wire to the ignition coil.

you will need a set of clocks from an early sri that has the speedo cable attached to rear of clocks, for the rev counter to work you need to look behind your current clocks and in the loom for a pea green wire if its not there you need to find it in the loom behind the big panel by drivers right foot

Right, Ive got a 1994 Corsa B "Swing" its missing the rev counter. I am considering buying another speedo from a scrappy that has the rev counter fitted. Problem is, I notice from other posts on here, some counters are wired and some are something else? :boggle: I dont have a fcuking clue! How easy would my idea be to do? Has anybody done this? And would I have to look for a rev counter out of a Pre 97 car? Sorry for lots of questions etc :o Help will be much appreciated. Cheers :)
